Venod Sharma Struggles for Haryana Development Education Jobs and Women Empowerment

Venod Sharma Politician Struggles for Haryana Development

Haryana today is facing a problem of high dropout rate of girl students from government schools. Due to the lack of awareness the families of the girl child are discontinuing the education of the girl child mid way. This is not a healthy sign for the state. School education is a very important step in education process of a child and is considered as the stepping stone. In the overall development of a child, school plays a very important role and lays the foundation for the future.  For any state which expects its citizenry to be informed and law abiding , it is important that education is imparted to each and every individual.

Venod Sharma believes that the real women empowerment will only happen when there is a high literacy rate among the women. An  educated woman who can compete with man in all aspects of life and  is aware about her rights can be called as an empowered woman .So it is must that there should be literacy among the woman  and  that can only happen when a girl completes her full school education.

Venod Sharma has expressed concern over the high dropout rate among the girls and he considers it as an alarming situation. He has emphasized the need for launching a campaign for stopping the high dropout rate among girl students. Venod Sharma has pointed out that   Haryana government has not been able to formulate a strategy for stopping this malpractice which can severely impact the human capital development of the state in the future.

Harayanis also facing a problem in terms of job generation. The Industrial policies of the government are not favoring rapid industrialization and whatever Industrialization is happening is not happening uniformly. This is severely impacting the process of Job generation and Venod Sharma is one leader who has expressed concern over this. On many occasions he has exhorted the government to formulate those Industrial policies which facilitates job generation otherwise the unemployed youth of the state could become a problem for the state.
